Our first mechanical job for a new client, at Tresham Crescent Nursery in Marylebone London. A new modular 4 storey building providing accommodation for two nursery schools over four storeys.
The supply and fit out of this project has been technical from the start but after 5 months on site we have delivered yet another successful installation. An installation comprising of 2no. Rinnai HDC1500i instantaneous water heaters for the hot water side and 2no. Ideal Evomax 60 boilers for the underfloor heating system as supplied by Polypipe.
The installation of underfloor heating was over four floors with each floor being controlled individually by local controls and a bespoke BMS system, giving unique and absolute temperature control to each floor for premium comfort of all users whether small child or supervising adult.
